What we collect
When you run a check we receive the web address you entered and your IP address. We use the IP address only for short-term rate limiting to stop abuse; it's held in a temporary cache for about an hour.
Reports
Finished reports are cached for up to an hour so repeat views are fast. We don't store the content of the pages we check.
Monitoring
If you start monitoring, we store the web address and a weekly summary of the check results so we can show your history. Anyone with the dashboard link can view it. To have a monitor deleted, email us with the link.
Cookies
XKey doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can contact us about your data at iceworks@f1rst.co.uk, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
